Chef April Bloomfield has her crispy pig tails and pressed pig ears on the antipasti menu. The chicken liver spiedino is a favorite.
We recommend the Lunaconi for its sauce and the Spanish octopus comes with salt crusted potatoes.

Starters include chicken liver salad, terrine of fois gras and a charcuterie board. Your main choices are stuffed quail, duck leg confit and braised lamb shank.
Your wine is the '13 Marsannay Rouge Regis Bouvier and dessert is their plate or the creme brulee.
