Starters are hamachi with goat cheese, hazelnuts and white chocolate or pigeon breast with blackberries and beet root.
Your main is sauteed sweetbreads with mustard and roasted onions or turbot with potatoes, shitake and kohlrabi in a buttermilk and wheatgrass sauce.
Dessert is manjari chocolate with cashews and chonnga pepper. Your wine is the '05 Cotes du Jura Savagnin.
